Adina Ponta is a Legal Consultant at the World Bank, focusing on Digital Transformation & Cloud Strategy. She previously served as advisor to the President of the Committee on Information Technology and Communications in the Romanian Parliament. Prior to that, she was a teaching lecturer at the Babeș-Bolyai University in Romania and a postdoctoral researcher at the Law School’ s Center for Business Law & Information Technology. She was the 2020 Detlev F. Vagts International Law Fellow at the American Society of International Law. Bardh Bokshi

Mr. Bardh Bokshi works as a Senior Legal Adviser at the Constitutional Court of Kosovo since March 2010, and has finished basic studies (obtained title “Graduated Lawyer” after graduation in an eight semester program) and obtained a master’s degree (civil law) in the University of Prishtina-Faculty of Law.
