Ivana Kunda is Full Professor at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law, where she serves as Vice-Dean for Research and heads the Institute for European and Comparative Law and the Trustworthy and Explainable AI Lab. Her research interests include EU law, ICT law, intellectual property law, data protection and private international law. She has participated in or led around twenty EU and nationally funded research projects.
