Journal Showcase: Call for Expressions of Interest
The ICON•S Balkans Chapter invites academic journals from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, and Serbia in the fields of public law, constitutional law, international law, political science, and related disciplines to participate in the Journal Showcase at the ICON•S Balkans Conference, to be held on 10-11 October 2026 at Union University Law School in Belgrade.
The Journal Showcase is designed to introduce conference participants, to high-quality publication opportunities and to increase the visibility of leading academic journals from the region.
To ensure broad international visibility and accessibility, participating journals should:
- Be peer-reviewed;
- Be indexed in internationally recognised databases (e.g. Scopus, WoS, etc.);
- Publish in English, either exclusively or alongside another language.
Editors interested in participating are kindly invited to submit an expression of interest by 15 September to [email protected], including the journal title, its indexing status, and the name and affiliation of the participating editor.
We look forward to showcasing the strength and diversity of legal scholarship across the Balkans and fostering greater collaboration between journals and researchers in the region.
