Viktoria Spiro is a legal expert and practicing lawyer with a focus on administrative law, EU legal harmonization, and rule of law reform. She has worked as a national non-key expert with IRZ (German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation) in the framework of an EU-funded project supporting Albania’s crosscutting justice strategy.
Her experience spans judicial analysis, compliance assessments, and legislative alignment with EU acquis, particularly in the areas of fundamental rights and access to justice. Holding an LL.M. in Public Law, she is currently engaged in independent legal research and actively exploring new opportunities to contribute her expertise to international legal development and institutional reform efforts.
